Shipping and Delivery

We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible.

For non-personalized orders, please allow 5 business days for processing of items in stock, and shipping transit time will take additional 5 to 6 business days. We will notify you right a way on items that are out of stock.

For ALL personalized orders, please allow 5 to 10 business days for processing plus ground shipping transit time takes additional 3 to 5 business days, total turn around time for ALL personalized orders takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks, large and special orders may require additional days. Please let us know in advance if you need your order sooner than 3 weeks, we will make every efforts to accommodate your request.

For rush personalized orders, please contact Alice at 425-391-0888 or by email for further assistance. As our customer service to you, we do not charge a rush fee, however, advance notice and express shipping charge may required.

Since most of our orders are for special events: bridal showers, weddings, birthdays, etc., you are highly recommended to leave us a delivery deadline to assist us on delivering your order on time, however, if the deadline falls under our standard turn around time of 2 to 3 weeks, it may required express shipping.

All orders are shipped by either USPS Priority Mail which is our standard mailing method or Fedex Ground. Generally, shipments under $100 and 1 lb. in weight ship via US Priority Mail. Shipments over $100 and/or over 1 lb. in weight ship via Fedex Ground.

~International Orders~
Currently, we ship orders to Australia, United Kingdom & Canada: They will be shipped via either Priority International Mail or Express International Mail for our Australia/United Kingdom customers, Priority International Mail takes 7 to 10 business days as shipping transit time and Express International Mail takes 3 to 5 business days as shipping transit time.

For our Canadian customers, based on our past experiences, there is no guaranteed on delivery date for First class mail or even priority mail, we only accept orders to be shipped via Express International Mail.

The standard turn around time for International orders is about 3 to 4 weeks based on the shipping methods chosen by you.

Please note the the shipping and the handling fee for international orders does not include any duties imposed on your order by your country, thelaceshop.com will not be held responsible for these charges. You are responsible for paying any local custom charges if any imposed by your government.

thelaceshop.com is not responsible for packages that are delayed during transit. While most International orders are delivered in 3 to 4 weeks, we are not responsible if your package arrives late due to custom delays, weather delays, mis-routing caused by your local postal serice and custom office.

There is no returns/exchanges on all International orders, please review all information on your order carefully before submitting your order.

Return Policy

All personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, please verify your entries carefully before submitting your order.

For non-personalized items, due to the delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns except for defective merchandise and such returns will require an authorization number. We reserve the right to issue refund on unauthorized returns, we have to examine the condition of the merchandise and only if they are in the original condition and within 15 days of purchase, refund may be issued, however, shipping and handling charge are non-refundable.
